SMS Terms
Effective date: 2026-05-27
These SMS Terms govern text messages sent on the basis of consent you provided at the time of your eligibility check submission. Text messages are typically sent by the tax resolution partner firm we match you with, not by TaxStrategyHQ directly. TaxStrategyHQ may send transactional or operational messages from time to time.
Consent
By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications via our eligibility check, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from TaxStrategyHQ and the one (1) tax resolution firm we match you with, regarding your tax situation.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your situation and your interactions with us and the matched firm. Typical contact: 1 to 5 messages per week initially, decreasing thereafter.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan.
Opt out
You may revoke SMS consent at any time and in any reasonable manner, including but not limited to replying with any of the following keywords to any SMS message: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or CANCEL. You may also opt out by emailing [email protected] or by telling the sender to remove your number. After opting out, you will receive one final SMS confirming the opt-out. Revoking SMS consent does not automatically revoke consent to receive phone calls or email; to revoke those, you must separately notify us or the matched firm.
Help
For help, reply HELP to any SMS message or email [email protected].
Consent is not a condition of purchase
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not required to use the Service, purchase any product or service, or otherwise engage with TaxStrategyHQ or the matched partner firm.
Carrier disclaimer

Other carriers, including Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Sprint, Virgin Mobile, and any other US wireless carrier, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
